Why hire a wedding planner?

Events are big investments and there are so many elements to them. Most weddings have at least 10 separate vendors, separate contracts, and payment schedules. Planners simplify the process by condensing choices that meet your budget or vision. Don’t spend hours looking for each individual vendor when we’ve already done the work! Your time is more valuable anyway. 

How are you different from other planners?

We don’t have a set style! That comes from you! When we plan an event, we don’t want anyone to think, that is a West Monroe Event. We want it to look and feel like it was something you did! 

When should you hire a planner? 

The sooner the better! Whether it month-of or full collaboration, make sure your planner is booked and ready to help! 

What is the difference between venue manager and event planner?

The Venue manager is an advocate for the venue. An event planner is an advocate for you and make sure your investment is protected.

What does a wedding planner do on wedding day?

We do it all! Upon arrival we make sure setup is within the bounds of the vision we set forth. We make sure everyone knows their role and where they should be. Table setting are set. Florals are installed. Entrances are cued. Rain? No problem, we’ve already come up with a solution. Groom and groomsmen are accounted for and ready! Everyone is in line and waiting to celebrate.
